Popular questions
What is ListenUp! used for?
ListenUp! is used by product teams to get more insights on their users. Quantitative data is not enough to truly understand your users and to take the right product decisions. But collecting qualitative data is very time consuming for teams.
This is where ListenUp! comes into play. ListenUp! helps you easily use qualitative data about your users to bring them more value and faster.
ListenUp! automatically centralizes your users' feedback in one place, helps you order them, use them and scales your process with AI (the kind that truly works).
Companies using ListenUp! also love to invite their Sales and Marketing teams to their workspace. Every team in the company performs better when users are truly understood.
What are credits?
Every feedback entering ListenUp! uses credits. Text feedback count as 4 credits (up to 500 words, then is considered as another text feedback). Video feedback counts as 6 credits per minute. This difference is explained by the additional weight of a video and the need of transcription into the right language.
Once you found the plan that makes the most sense for your needs, you can choose the number of credits you need depending on the volume of feedback and interviews you have.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. When you sign up for the first time, you can use all the premium features from the Pro plan. You will however be limited to 14 days and 300 credits. You can upgrade your account at anytime to any plan to use more credits.
How many team members can I invite to my account?
Unlimited. We hate when products charge for users. You can invite as many teammates as you want inside of ListenUp! for the same price. We prefer to only charge you more when you get more value (when you receive more feedback).
The most successful teams on ListenUp! actually invite their entire organization to make sure all functions really understand users and perform better at their job.
