This difference is explained by the additional weight of a video and the need of transcription into the right language.

We charge you a fixed amount every month to operate your account and only charge you for what you use. After you use your free monthly credits included in your plan, you will be charged $0.01 per credit.

Yes. When you sign up for the first time, you can use all the premium features from the Pro plan. You will however be limited to 30 days and 500 credits. You can upgrade your account at anytime to any plan to use more credits.

Unlimited. We hate when products charge for users. You can invite as many teammates as you want inside of ListenUp! for the same price. We prefer to only charge you more when you get more value (when you receive more feedback).
